Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a practice that appeals to everyone. During class, time, space and the worries of the day disappear and the focus is solely on flow, movement, balance and intention. This Vinyasa-style yoga class focuses on core strength, balance and flow to build a solid practice based on a strong spirit. Our role is to guide students to make their practice their own and their intention personal. Vinyasa classes are available to all levels. Modifications are given so students can practice at their own comfort level. Vinyasa 2 classes are for intermediate and advanced students. This class introduces more challenging postures and transitions.
Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a style of yoga derived from Vinyasa principles, so you'll find many similarities between the two. Power yoga is both fast-paced and flow-based and is considered to be a more athletic style of yoga. This class will "push your edge" in the most rewarding way. But don't be intimidated by the name, our instructors make this style of yoga accessible for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Our Power Yoga 2 classes are for intermediate and advanced students. Challenge yourself and try a class!
Restorative
A great way to start your day! Restorative yoga is a calming and grounding practice that is a wonderful complement to active yoga styles. Restorative practice invites you to let go, allowing gravity and the breath to bring you into a deep stretch and a space for inner reflection. This class combines slower flowing sequences with longer passive holds, which lengthen the body's deeper connective tissues, increasing flexibility and ease of movement. This class is available for all levels.
Candlelight Yoga
Step into the surroundings of a uniquely illuminated candlelit studio with soothing tunes to guide you away from the day's tensions and stresses. This class is open to all levels but remains physically challenging yet motivating. Through poses, breath and relaxing techniques you will end your practice with the connection of your body and mind, preparing you for a state of deep relaxation. You will begin to gain deeper awareness of your body and develop higher levels of strength focus and flexibility. Modifications are introduced for challenging poses so that all students can work comfortably at their own level.
Meditative Flow
This class is a great way to ease into your evening after a long day of work or start your weekend. This class focuses on cultivating a rhythmic breath and introduces students to the basics of meditation though pranayama (yogic breathing), sitting postures, mantra, and a gentle yoga flow. The slow flow prepares your body and your breath for deep relaxing mediation at the end of class.

Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt is the fusion of vinyasa yoga, strength endurance training using hand weights, and music. This unique and intense workout is designed to tone and shape your body. The series combines traditional vinyasa yoga postures and hand weights to increase strength and build stamina. As the class progresses, the pace quickens to include more strength training exercises as well as a variety of squats, lunges, crunches, plank holds, cardio work, balancing postures, and stretching. Music is a central influence to this practice and is used to create an upbeat and energetic atmosphere. Yoga Sculpt provides a fun opportunity to challenge yourself and strengthen your body, mind, and spirit.
