The foundation of vinyasa is linking one breath to one movement.  Create heat and energy in the body as one posture leads fluidly into another in a class that integrates balance, strength and relaxation.  Vinyasa classes are accessible to all levels.  Modifications are given so students can practice at their own comfort level. 

Vinyasa 2

A vinyasa class for intermediate and advanced students to work on deepening their practice through binds, arm balances, inversions, and faster-pace flow. 

Ashtanga is a traditional form of yoga which consists of a set series of postures that help to increase strength, flexibility, balance and mental concentration.  The Ashtanga tradition was developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, and is one of the predecessors to the Vinyasa tradition.  Like Vinyasa, the Ashtanga series utilizes ujjayi pranayama (breath of victory) in order to link postures with movements in a flow.  This class is challenging and is recommended for intermediate to advanced level practitioners, however no previous experience with Ashtanga is necessary, and postural modifications are available. 

Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a style of yoga derived from Vinyasa principles, so you'll find many similarities between the two. Power yoga is both fast-paced and flow-based and is considered to be a more athletic style of yoga. This class will "push your edge" in the most rewarding way. But don't be intimidated by the name, our instructors make this style of yoga accessible for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Our Power Yoga 2 classes are for intermediate and advanced students. Challenge yourself and try a class!

Restorative yoga is a calming and grounding practice that is a wonderful complement to cardio-based exercise or a vigorous vinyasa practice.  Restorative practice invites you to let go, allowing gravity and the breath to bring you into a deep space of inner reflection and openness. This class is available for all levels.

Candlelight Yoga
Step into the surroundings of a uniquely illuminated candlelit studio with soothing music, guiding you away from the stresses of the day. Through breath and posture, gain deeper awareness of your body and develop higher levels of strength, focus, and flexibility. This class is available for all levels. 

Meditative Flow

Begin in a seated meditation and find your breath.  Then, ease into an all-levels vinyasa flow guided by that rhythmic flow of air through the body.  Learn the basics of meditation though pranayama (yogic breathing), sitting postures, mantra, and a gentle yoga flow.  This class is available for all levels.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is the fusion of vinyasa yoga, strength endurance training using hand weights, and music. This unique and intense workout is designed to tone and shape your body. Build stamina through a series of squats, lunges, crunches, plank holds, cardio work, balancing postures, and stretching. Music is a central influence to this practice and is used to create an upbeat and energetic atmosphere. This class is available for all levels.
