Yoga Sol + Mill City Running Run ClubMill City Running have teamed up to create a weekly Running + Yoga Club. Beginning Monday, September 9th, meet at Mill City Running (411 E. Hennepin Ave.) at 6:30am for a 30 minute run followed by a 30 minute yoga class led by Krista of Yoga Sol. This is yoga for runners (yoga will focus on keeping runners loose and injury free) and a run for yogis (a chance to balance your practice with more cardio). Grab your mat and lace up your sneakers, all levels are welcome!
